We’ve been installing renewable energy systems across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire since 2012. Efficiently Heat and Cool Your Home
Stay cool in summer, warm in winter, and enjoy cleaner, fresher air all year round with a Greenscape Energy home air conditioning system. Our premium Bosch Climate 3200i units deliver whisper-quiet cooling, ultra-efficient heating, and built-in air purification, giving you total comfort and control in every season. Whether you prefer a simple, easy-to-use remote control or a smartphone app for the tech-savvy, managing your indoor climate has never been easier. And with full compatibility with solar panels and battery storage systems, your comfort can be powered affordably and sustainably for decades to come.
The UK air-conditioning market has grown by roughly 25% in the last decade, and demand is accelerating. The Met Office expects summers like 2022 to be the norm by 2050. Homes that fitted air-con before the heatwaves landed are now selling for up to 5% more in competitive markets in the South and East of England. This isn’t a luxury upgrade any more. It’s future-proofing. By combining year-round comfort with significant savings on heating costs, it’s fast becoming a must-have feature in modern homes. With over 13 years of renewable energy expertise and more than 16,000 successful installations across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire, Greenscape Energy has earned a reputation as the trusted choice for air conditioning installation in East Anglia.
For Greenscape’s customers, there’s a second story on top: the same units work as efficient heat pumps in winter. Running on stored solar or off-peak battery electricity, the heat they deliver costs significantly less per kWh than mains gas. One install, two seasons, two savings stories.

Benefits Of Home Air Conditioning
There is nothing like walking into a perfectly cooled room on a hot summer’s day. With the Bosch Climate 3200i, your home reaches your ideal temperature quickly, quietly, and efficiently. Indoor units operate as quietly as 21 dB, softer than a library whisper, so you’ll barely notice they’re running, even at night.
By 2050, summers like 2022 are expected to become the norm in the UK. Installing an air conditioning system today means your home is prepared for the future, and you’ll never have to lose comfort during a heatwave again.
- Rapidly lowering room temperatures to create a comfortable indoor climate.
- Whisper-quiet operation (~21 dB) makes it ideal for bedrooms and offices.
- A++ energy efficiency keeps running costs extremely low.
- Precise temperature control with inverter technology.
- Removes excess humidity to prevent damp, mould, and sticky air.
- Air filtration, removing up to 95% of dust, pollen, and airborne irritants
Stay Comfortable at Home with Air Conditioning
Keeping your home comfortable throughout the year can be a challenge. Warmer summers and better-insulated homes often mean indoor temperatures rise quickly, making it harder to maintain a pleasant living environment. Modern air conditioning offers a simple, efficient way to stay cool in summer while also providing energy-efficient heating when the temperature drops.
With over 13 years’ experience and 16,000+ installations nationwide, Greenscape Energy are trusted specialists in residential air conditioning systems. From single-room solutions to whole-home installations, our team designs and installs systems that deliver reliable performance, improved air quality, and year-round comfort for your home.
Save Money On Heating In The Winter
Air conditioning isn’t just for summer. As a reverse-cycle heat pump, the Bosch 3200i provides some of the most efficient heating available. With efficiency levels of up to 510% (COP 5.1), the system can turn just 1 kWh of electricity into 5.1 kWh of heat. That means you can stay cosy while cutting heating bills significantly. Compared to traditional heating methods, you can save:
| Heating Type | UK Average Price | Typical Heating Bill Reduction With Air Conditioning |
|---|---|---|
| Oil Boilers | 65p / Litre | 35% Heating Bill Reduction |
| Gas Boilers | 7p / kWh | 36% Heating Bill Reduction |
| LPG Boilers | 70p / Litre | 59% Heating Bill Reduction |
| Electric Heating | 24p / kWh | 76% Heating Bill Reduction |
Savings based on UK average energy prices. Actual savings vary depending on usage, tariffs, and property efficiency.
Heating only the rooms you need further reduces waste, making air conditioning a smarter alternative to whole-house central heating systems. Imagine coming home on a frosty evening to a perfectly warm lounge or waking up to a bedroom at your exact chosen temperature; that’s everyday life with Greenscape Energy air conditioning.
Cleaner, fresher indoor air
Poor indoor air quality is one of the UK’s biggest triggers for asthma and allergies. A Bosch air conditioning system doesn’t just heat and cool, it actively improves your home environment.
Built-in dehumidification prevents damp and mould, while multi-stage filters capture up to 95% of dust, pollen, and irritants. This creates healthier living spaces for children, allergy sufferers, and pet owners, while also reducing humidity in the summer and condensation in the winter.
-
Built-in filters remove up to 95% of dust, allergens, and pollen.
-
Helps reduce asthma and allergy triggers.
-
Removes condensation and dampness in colder months.
-
Circulates purified, evenly distributed air throughout the room.
Better sleep, better living
One of the most surprising benefits our customers report is how much better they sleep. Bedrooms kept at the ideal temperature are cooler in summer, warmer in winter, and perfectly balanced all night long. The result is deeper, uninterrupted rest, better energy during the day, and improved overall wellbeing.
Smart technology & modern design
Today’s air conditioning is designed not just for performance, but for convenience and style. The Bosch Climate 3200i gives you complete control of your home environment with smart features that fit seamlessly into modern living. Whether you prefer the simplicity of a handheld remote or the flexibility of app-based controls, you can manage your comfort effortlessly.
-
Easy to use remote control
-
Wi-Fi control with the Bosch HomeCom app.
-
Alexa / Google Assistant compatible.
-
Multiple modes to choose from including eco, sleep, dry, and turbo.
-
Compact, stylish indoor units designed for modern UK homes.
Solar-compatible comfort
Pairing your air conditioning system with solar panels and battery storage is the ultimate way to maximise comfort while minimising running costs. On hot summer days, when your solar panels are generating the most electricity, you can cool your home entirely from free, renewable energy.
In the colder months, combining your Bosch Climate 3200i with a smart battery system allows you to take advantage of load-shifting. This means you can store low-cost energy from a cheap tariff rate to use to run the air conditioning in heating mode during the day at a fraction of the price of gas, oil, LPG, or standard electric heating.
This seamless integration of air conditioning, solar, and battery storage doesn’t just make your home more energy-independent, it also future-proofs your comfort. With energy prices rising and the UK moving towards net-zero, having a system that can provide cooling, heating, and cleaner air, all powered by your own renewable energy, is one of the smartest investments a homeowner can make.
-
Free summer cooling
-
Load-shifting with battery storage
-
Lower winter heating bills
-
Reduced grid reliance
-
Year-round efficiency
Typical Installations
-
Single-room split systems Bedrooms, home offices, loft conversions, or garden rooms. -
Multi-room split systems One outdoor unit powering multiple indoor units for whole-home coverage.
Both options are reverse-cycle Bosch Climate inverter systems: ultra-low noise (as quiet as 21 dB, softer than a whisper), highly efficient, app-controlled, and rated for a 15-year operational lifespan estimation when properly maintained.

What we don’t do
Worth being explicit about, because plenty of installers do these things and customers should know the difference:
- We’re in-house first. Our own employed engineers run most installs. On peak-volume weeks we work with a small vetted subcontractor pool we’ve used for years, never random pickups, and Greenscape stays fully responsible for the work and the 10-year guarantee.
- We don’t add hidden extras after the survey. The quote you sign is the price you pay.
- We don’t use pressure-sales tactics or “sign today” deals. Take your time. Get other quotes. Come back if we’re the right fit.
- We don’t charge for the survey if your home isn’t suitable. If air-con doesn’t make sense for your property, you walk away owing nothing.
- We don’t install cheap rebadged AC units. Premium Bosch Climate range only.
- We don’t recommend systems that don’t fit your home. Oversized multi-splits in single-room properties make us money and cost you running efficiency. We won’t do it.
If you’re comparing quotes, ask other installers these same six questions. The answers separate premium installers from cowboys quickly.

Our reviews speak for themselves
Great technical support from a most personable Callum.
My email was answered by Chloe Hickman who made the adjustment I requested by return. Thank you Chloe, well done. Keep up the good work.
Had my Air Con installed today.. Could not fault the two installers who attended. . Arrived nice and early, took a look around outside and indoors no hesitation in starting work and confirming where I wanted the appliance. Shoes off each time they entered house and completed the tidy up after themselves. Remote and operation of A/C explained to me.. Good work, keep it up.
I had a conversation with Callum Wrigley yesterday and he was very polite, efficient and completed my requirements very quickly, I would not hesitate to recommend him and Greenscape energy
Easy payment by credit card
I've just had solar panels, battery and EV charger installed by Mark and Luke. They arrived a little early, did the job as quietly as possible with no fuss, and have finished much earlier than I'd expected. Mark then explained what's what, which I think I'll remember. Couldn't expect more. Scaffolding subcontractor was similarly efficient putting the scaffolding up. The back office and survey staff have been friendly and efficient too. It has been good to be able to visit the showroom office in Ipswich.
Good communication. Did what was required promptly Thank you Callum
After leaving a message and emailing w/b 5 Oct 26, I telephoned again at the end of that week and spoke with Callum Wrigley in the tech dept. He listened to my concern, was very understanding and dealt with the problem I had efficiently and to my satisfaction. Thank you Callum
Good Service
Michaela, dealt with my finance query in a professional, efficient manner, and placated my fears that the progress on my solar system would be paused until the return of the surveyor from holiday. Good customer care. Thank you
Very professional and efficient from the sales engagement through to commissioning. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
I have been very impressed with the service I received from Greenscape. The initial survey was very professionally done by Andrew and I was pleased that he convinced me not to have more panels than necessary. The team that installed the battery and inverter were excellent and very pleasant to deal with. The system is up and running and there have been no complications. I thoroughly recommend Greenscape.
I arranged to have solar panels and a battery installed by Greenscape via OVO Energy. From start to finish, the service has been excellent. From the survey, to the panel installation and battery installation, every team member has been professional and very friendly. The after sales have kept in contact to make sure everything has gone smoothly. Couldn't fault Greenscape.
